Research Volunteer Guidelines

We are always looking for statistics from reliable sources to share on our social media page. If you enjoy researching or want to learn more about a specific topic, this is a great way to contribute to the project!

Guidelines:
1. Submissions must relate to medical bias or disparities in care. For more information about what this means, visit www.standardofcare.film/faq 

2. Submissions must be provable facts.
29.6 million Americans were uninsured in 2019 is a FACT.
America needs Medicare for All is an OPINION.

3. Submissions must have a reliable source.
Academic/medical journals, professional articles, published research, books, and reputable magazines/newspapers* are all reliable sources. A good question to ask yourself is, would I cite this information in a paper for school? 

4. Once you’ve collected your facts/statistics, submit them via this google form.

*If you are using a magazine or newspaper article it must be either medically reviewed or linked to a study/research article confirming the information presented:
